A Global Home for Neurodiversity

Sunlit Spectrum is a global community uniting neurodivergent individuals—autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, and more—to embrace their strengths and advocate for inclusion. Founded in 2025 by proactive autism advocates and visionary leaders, it’s spreading its presence to all parts of India and been appreciated globally. Our Screening & Identification program, integrated with ABHA and UDID in India, ensures early support, while Volunteering powers our mentorship, creative workshops, and advocacy. Global Neuro-diversity Movement

We are at the forefront of establishing a global neuro-diversity movement, aiming to reach 1,000 schools and partner with 5 international NGOs. 

Our ambitious roadmap includes

Extensive Outreach

By Year 1 (2025-2026), we plan to conduct global screenings across 2,000 schools, with a focused expansion across key regions in India, including all districts of Odisha 

Extensive Outreach

In Year 2 (2026-2027), we will establish 10 NGO and 5 school tie-ups, achieving 10 global tie-ups by the first quarter. We will partner with one international NGO and expand our presence to Chandigarh, Jharkhand, and Kolkata, hosting two international events. 

By Year 3 (2027-2028), we will partner with two international NGOs to organize global events in five cities, covering Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh. 

Our initiatives include:

Personalized Learning Platform: Developing a bespoke platform that adapts to individual learning styles and needs.

VR for Sensory Engagement: Utilizing virtual reality to create immersive and engaging sensory experiences that aid learning and development.

Tech Training for Educators: Providing specialized training and resources for educators to effectively integrate technology into their teaching methodologies for neuro-divergent students.

Tech Grants for Community Engagement: Offering grants to foster technological innovation and access within the broader community.

Policy Advocacy:

Sunlit Spectrum is a vocal advocate for policy changes in autism diagnosis and support. 

Our efforts focus on:

Early Screening Mandates: Pushing for policies that ensure early and universal screening for autism.

Increased Funding: Advocating for a significant boost in funding for schemes like the Nirbhaya Scheme to expand support services.

Anti-Stigma Campaigns: Launching comprehensive campaigns to combat stigma and promote acceptance and understanding of neuro-diversity. 

Environmental Stewardship

We are deeply committed to environmental sustainability and aim to achieve carbon-neutral status.

Green Festivals: Organizing a decade of green festivals to raise awareness and promote eco-friendly practices.

Marketing Green Promise: Actively marketing our commitment to sustainability and encouraging others to join us.

Green Tech Sponsorship: Securing long-term sponsorships for green technology initiatives.

Tree Plantation Drives: Partnering with local NGOs to plant 10,000 trees annually.

Sustainable Transport: Promoting and targeting green transportation solutions.

Zero Waste Feast: Implementing zero-waste practices at our events and encouraging them within the community.

Community Building and Engagement

Building a strong, supportive community is central to Sunlit Spectrum’s mission. We are committed to fostering connections and creating inclusive spaces for neuro-divergent individuals and their families.

Global Online Community: We are actively building a vibrant global online community with a target of 30,000 neuro-divergent members, including 500 dedicated volunteers. This platform serves as a hub for shared experiences, mutual support, and collaborative growth.

Network of Inclusive Schools and NGOs: We are establishing a robust network of 100 inclusive schools and non-profit organizations. This collaborative effort aims to engage, accommodate, celebrate, and empower neuro-divergent individuals within educational and community settings.

Annual Sensory-Friendly Carnivals: We are proud to launch a new annual sensory-friendly carnival, a year-round celebration designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all. Each month features a unique theme, such as ‘Rain Rain Come Again’ (July), ‘Freedom Plain Parade’ (August), ‘Vinayak Mahotsav’ (September), ‘Durga Puja Dhamaka’ (October), ‘Diwali Craft Mela’ (November), ‘Ho Ho Ho, Rock & Roll’ (December), ‘Sunlit Makar Masti’ (January), ‘Sunlit Love-Fest’ (February), ‘Holi Holler @ Sunlit’ (March), ‘Sunlit Harvest Hype’ (April), and ‘Peace Splash @ Sunlit’ (May). These carnivals provide safe, stimulating, and joyful environments for neuro-divergent individuals and their families to connect and celebrate.

Research and Knowledge Dissemination:

We are establishing a comprehensive research hub that includes:
